CAPITAL SPORTS & WESTERN ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are completely satisified with your purchase. If you do need to return merchandise, Capital Sports & Western accepts returns on all merchandise that is in it's original packaging and condition. If the item has been worn it may be returned for warranty reasons within the timeframe specified by the product's warranty. In most warranty cases it may be quicker to send the item to the original manufacturer. Footwear that has been worn outside may not be returned unless for warranty reasons.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If for some reason you need to return an item purchased online you must obtain a Return Authoration number (RA#). All returns require an RA#. Call or email Capital Sports & Western to receive your RA#.
Please write the RA# clearly on the shipping box. Ship the product with it's original packaging and with all original contents. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.

Capital Sports & Western ships to physical addresses in the 50 U.S. states. Capital Sports & Western cannot ship to any of the U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders or any addresses overseas.
